Unsure what theme or scene to pose your characters in? Pondering what the best environment should your characters be in? PONDER NO MORE! A "Your Character Here" commission option can help you end the dilemma and the impasse. You can now choose from the photographic scenes and backgrounds below and SixthLeafClover will draw your characters in them with a pose best suited for the scenes and backgrounds!

All prices listed on this page are in United States Dollars (USD). All prices listed on this page are strictly estimates. The Artist will provide a final price for the work, which might be different than the estimates listed here depending on scope and complexity of the work.

Have your character reference sheet(s) ready.
If you plan on using any one of SixthLeafClover's Original Characters, please note which one you'd like. As always, adding SixthLeafClover's Original Characters will receive a discount.

Step 3: Contact the Artist

Send an email to commission [AT] sixthleafclover [DOT] com with your requested background photo (TYPE + Number), your character reference sheet, and what pose would you like to impose your character in the scene of the photo.

Step 4: Wait for Reply

I will get to you as soon as possible! Commissioner will receive an accurate full total amount of the commission work to be done. Additional details in regarding tot he commission will be finalized by email. Commissioner will also receive an approximate time of when the work will begin and finish.

Terms of Service for Non-Commercial-Use Illustration Commissions

There are a few important things to know before commissioning SixthLeafClover Studios for "Your-Character-Here", or YCH, commissions that are intended for non-commercial-use only:

Payments: At minimum, 50% of total quoted amount of the commission is due as down payment before the commission is formally accepted. Finished work will only be delivered when all remaining balance of the quoted amount is paid in full. Payment plans are available but must be approved by SixthLeafClover Studios before accepting commission.
Scheduling: Commission works are scheduled into the future. SixthLeafClover Studios will provide a schedule of when work will begin and when it will be finished. Commissioner must be available for reviewing and approving works in progress during the time when the commission is worked on.
Revisions: Workflow of a commission is as following: concept, sketch, linework, color theme setup, coloring, and shading. Commissioner may request up to 3 revisions at each step. Additional revisions may incur extra charge at artist's discretion.
Copyrights: Commissioner may post watermarked art on publicly accessible websites or share with friends through digital media channels. The commissioner, however, may not use the artworks for commercial purpose, such as but not limited to, selling prints, licensing to products and services, or using the art for non-fungible tokens or any blockchain or cryptocurrency products or services or submit to generative AI engines or any LLM generative algorithms for any reason or purpose. SixthLeafClover Studios reserves right to use the artwork for prints, digital services, books, and marketing. SixthLeafClover Studios will respect the commissioner and obtain commissioner's permission before using the art for licensing purpose. If commissioner wish to keep the art as unpublished private work, the request must be made at the time of inquiry and is subject to additional fees.
