How did you like your recent purchase? Was it to your expectations?

I was VERY excited to receive my purchase! I had ordered a custom eastern dragon. The pictures do not do it justice! This dragon is even more beautiful in real life.

Were you surprised by anything about the purchase?

It was actually bigger than i expected and a little heavier, but those are both good things! it seems very sturdy and strong and I am not worried about it breaking easily.

How was my customer service?

I was impressed with how fast you had gotten the dragon painted, besides that there wasn't much more communication besides that, but there certainly wasn't anything to complain about.

Was the item shipped promptly and packaged correctly?

It was obvious from the way you packed it that you mean business! A little tough to get through all the packing peanuts and whatnot at first but when I got the dragon and its horns there were no damages and i was very impressed!

It arrived a lot sooner than I expected. It was packaged great, which is good because the deliverer just dropped it on the ground in front of me. o_O FedEx drivers are always shifty though, lol.

The recipient absolutely fell in love with the model and it now has an iconic place in their home - brilliant work!

Were you surprised by anything about the purchase(The size of the dragon, color quality, etc.)?

The colouration of the dragon was a bit of an experimental mix and difficult to clearly communicate and accomplish so it didn't turn out exactly as imagined but Christina did her best within the parameters given and everything else turned out completely marvelously, so no complaints there!

How was my customer service?

Christina worked obligingly to accommodate any and all special requests, kept in touch and updated me with pictures and progress, and always promptly addressed any questions or concerns. A great artist to work with.

Was the item shipped promptly and packaged correctly?

Everything was completed in a timely fashion and arrived safely just as described.

Would you order from Merfle Munchies store again?

Absolutely. The quality and craftsmanship of the models and the creativity of the creator is unsurpassed by anything I've yet found on the Internet. Wonderful store!

Absolutely adore my recent purchase. Its better than I expected because as wonderful as the pictures are, I don't think they quite did justice to the actual dragon.

The colors look even better than in the picture, and I loved how solid it felt. So the surprises were pleasant ones.

Customer service was wonderful. No complaints at all.

Yes! I wasn't expecting to get it so fast, so that was wonderful and I was very happy with how securely it was packaged. I couldn't imagine any way it could have gotten hurt with how thorough the packaging was.

Would you order from Merfle Munchies store again?

Most definitely. I have it bookmarked in my internet browser so I never have any trouble finding it. I plan to show off my dragon and recommend it to other people as well.

I was actually a bit surprised by the size - I was honestly expecting them to be a wee bit smaller.  Not sure why, it's not like you didn't list the size.

Hi Christina,

I just wanted to give you kudos for the quality of your customer service and your products with my recent Christmas order. The shipping and packaging was very high-quality, and my communication with you while I was placing my order was very helpful and reliable. And I haven't even got to your products yet- I have loved your work ever since I discovered you on dA, and WOW, it does really look even better in person! My family loved their Christmas whelps, and the truffle dragons are just so unbelievably cute together. I love how your products are so sturdy yet you can tell they were completed with a great attention to detail. The stickers and cookie cutters are great, too!
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that your service and products are great and that I'll definitely recommend you to my friends. I'm looking forward to your future dessert whelps/dragon hatchlings!
